But I choose not to take synthetic vitamins/Supplements because they’re chemically generated. I rather eat food and take nutrition from fruit and vegetables phytonutrients, ie. Edible flowers, grains, nuts, seeds, (legumes), root vegetables, sea vegetables, and a plant-based diet.
